BUSlink Online Store Terms, Conditions, & Privacy

Your purchases of products at the BUSlinkBuy.com site are subject to the following terms and conditions. BUSlinkBuy.com will not be liable for orders that are unfulfilled due to incomplete or inaccurate personal or credit card information provided by the buyer.

Payment Policy
BUSlink currently accepts credit card payments and PayPal. We welcome Discover, American Express, Mastercard and VISA. We do not add credit card surcharges to your purchases. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address, shipping address and telephone number as those on record with your credit card company. Incorrect Information may cause delays in processing of your order. You will be notified via email or via telephone if your order cannot be processed, delayed, or suspended due to the above reason.

California residents will be automatically charged applicable sales tax at checkout. The price in effect when we receive your order will be the price that you will be charged. Please notify us within 30 days, if the terms and conditions stated in the order form differ from those stated on our invoice. Not doing so will signify your acceptance of the terms and conditions on the invoice.

Changes and Cancellation
Changes or cancellation of online orders can be made at any time during the shopping process. Once order has been submitted, you will not be able to make changes online. If you need to make any change after submission, you must contact our customer service department immediately to receive a confirmation of change. Failure to do this on a timely manner will allow orders to be processed.

Shipping Policy
Merchandise are shipped daily from Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (PST) via UPS. Since we currently do not sell to the international market, all orders must contain United States shipping address. We cannot deliver to PO Box, APO & FPO addresses. All shipments are subjected to stock availability. All orders placed after Friday 2:00 pm PST will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.

Return and Exchange Policy
If you have an item you wish to return for credit or exchange, please contact our Customer Service Department within 15 days from the date of purchase for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Any return request beyond 15 days from the date of purchase will be processed as an exchange of product. Except for defective products, all returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.

RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from date of issuance. Please ensure that the RMA number is visible on your return packing label. Any return or exchange without the RMA number will NOT be accepted. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, order number, reason for the return, email address and phone number. BUSlink reserves the right to refuse any return due to expired RMA number, no RMA number on shipping label or incomplete items including original packaging.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. For your protection, we recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery and tracking number. Recommended carrier includes UPS and Federal Express. All items must be 100% complete and in “good as new” conditions. Returned items must contain all warranty cards, manuals, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

If product arrives damaged, save the product and the original packaging, notify BUSlink customer service immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick-up of damaged merchandise.

Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Refunds will only be credited to the same credit card.

Pricing and Product Availability Disclaimer
All prices quoted are exclusive of taxes, shipping and handling charges. Prices and product availabilities are subject to change without notice. Specials and promotions may be limited to stock on hand. We are not responsible for typographical errors on pricing information. BUSlink reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed on incorrectly priced products. Should your credit card be charged for the item, BUSlink will immediately issue a credit to the same card for the amount charged.

We use cookies for many purposes, including, without limitation, authentication and tracking user preferences or web pages visited while visiting our website. If you choose to disable cookies, it may limit your use of certain features or functions on the website.

All information we collect about you are confidential and serve as a purpose of processing your orders and providing you with a more personalized shopping experience. BUSlink does not willfully disclose information about its customers to any third party without the customer’s permission.

BUSlink warrants that all products are free from defective material and workmanship and, subject to the conditions set forth below, agrees to repair or replace any part of a product that proves defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials without charge for parts and labor. All BUSlink products have a one-year warranty period.(exclude TV lamp and Projector lamp, TV Lamps only carry a 90 day warranty,Projector lamp carry a 150 day warranty period.) Refurbished products, if any, will carry a 90 day warranty period.

If product does not perform as warranted herein, owner’s sole remedy shall be repair or replacement as provided below. In no event will BUSlink be liable for damages, lost revenue, lost wages, lost savings or any other incidental or consequential damages arising from purchase, use or inability to use this product, even if BUSlink has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

No express or implied warranty is made for BUSlink product damaged by accidents, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any authorized disassembly, repair or modification. BUSlink, will, at its options, either repair or replace any part of a product that proves defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repair parts or replacement product will be furnished by BUSlink on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new.

This warranty applies only to the original end user purchaser and does not cover any damage to a product, which results from accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modifications.
