Is your web site secure? What about the ordering process?

Can I order by email or over the phone?
BuslinkBuy.com accept order by phone, but not by email.

Do you offer reseller or volume discounts?
Yes, we do. Call us at 626-336-1888 for custom price quote for volume orders.

Do you charge sales tax?
Buslinkbuy.com only charges sales tax for all shipments within California. No sales tax will be applied to order shipped elsewhere other than California.

How long does it take to get my stuff?
Processing time + Shipping time = Total Delivery Time.
Items are processed and typically shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. UPS is our only carrier, we don’t ship via FedEx unless your provide us with your FedEx account number. The shipping method you choose determines the additional time it will take to deliver. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed no earlier than the next business day.

Why do you need to verify my order?
Certain orders require verification so they may be processed further. This is to protect you and ourselves against fraud or misuse of your personal information. If your order requires verification, we will call you immediately to request verification information. If we cannot verify your information, the order will be cancelled without notification.

Can you ship to a different address than my billing?
We prefer orders to be shipped to the billing address. But we understand different people might have different needs. We can ship your order to different shipping addresses within the United States. At this time, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses, APO or FPO addresses, United States territories, or other addresses outside the United States. Your order may require verification; to decrease the chance of delay, add your frequent shipping addresses to your credit card information by contacting your credit card agency.

Where is my tracking number?
Once the package is shipped, BuslinkBuy.com will email the shipping confirmation that contains the delivery tracking number.
